No security!

I’m so disappointed with FNB bank guys. I have had two amounts of money taken out of my account by someone shopping online and they haven’t done anything about it! I don’t even get a message asking for my permission and how did these people even get access to my card information? After this month is over I’m changing banks!!!

Any suggestions on which bank I should move to?
