No reversals for unauthorized transactions

On friday the 10th May 2024

I made the use of online purchase 5X of R5400, there was two of the same paymants which was registered failed payments from the merchant unfortunately in my account the two payments was debited, i called fnb card division i was told to wait for 7 working days unfortunately i have to use the money to make payments for other service providers... worse I never received a reversal form

Can someone reverse the two payments plz
