No reversal

Ive been struggling to get to speak to someone at 3departments with regards to releasing funds that has been pending on my account. I used bolt services and money was deducted from my account, however the request was cancelled and the money was never reversed back. I spoke to bolt who said this "Thank you for your response.

I can see the transaction you are referring to, but don't worry these are not charges from your account. These are authorization reservations that are app**** when you use your card for payments for the first time or to verify that you have enough funds on the account. These reservations are necessary to verify your card for use with our system.

This amount never leaves your bank account, it is booked for a moment and released shortly after by your bank, but this can take up to 2-14 working days depending on your bank.

If you do not see the money back on your account after 14 business days then please contact your bank as this amount never actually left their end.
