No return support after 17 years!

Having had a credit card with FNB for 17 years and a business account for 9 years, after not missing a single monthly payment, you would think FNB would show some return in support when a great opportunity arises. Completely uninterested! They clearly are only interested in debiting your account each month. How can we help you? HA HA - change the slogan! When i did ask, you left me high and dry!
