No response to reversal of funds

I had a debit order dispute on Friday 27th March 2015 where a web page deducted 2 amounts off my account. I immediately contacted the bank to stop any further deductions . While the funds were still in suspense and had not been paid over the supplier I went into a branch next morning explaining the situation where I was told to fill in dispute/reversal forms which the consultant helped me with. <br> I've been told to wait 5-7 working days before I'll get any feedback. <br> It's been over 1 month already and I still haven't received ANY feedback for anyone at FNB and the funds have been released to the supplier long time already!!!<br> <br> Absolutely unacceptable treatment by FNB. <br> <br> <br> <br>
