No response to request to raise credit card limit.

I am battling for more than a month to increase my credit card limit. Despite the fact that I have my credit card for about 20 years and FNB has access to my records, they needed me to send my tax return to them. This was done a week ago and I am still waiting for an answer. Really poor service.
