no response to OBVALIDATIONDOCS email

I am trying to change my method of OTP from sms to email, as I am out of the country for a short period. I have sent an email to [Email Removed] on 3 occasions over the past week, but have still not had my request responded to. I understand that security is important, but this is ridiculous :(
