No Response to ***** Transaction.

I have logged a query with Debit Card Disputes on 26 February 2021 and have waited over 40 days with no responses.

I have enquired numerous times and every agent tells me something different and today I am told that an escalation for response will take another 10 business days.

If my bank cannot protect me and my money then why should I bother staying.

Very disappointed.
