No response to eMails

Wrote the following review 3 week ago: Reported two problems with my accounts lately without any response. Come on FNB, you can do better than that. Livechat is also useless and phoning a tedious exercise to get to the person that can solve the problems. What is the use of email if it is not attended to? eMail is the easiest way to solve problems without resorting to lengthy telephone conversations. Still no response from FNB!!!
