No response to customer queries at the ***** department

I have tried to send this complaint on the FNB complaints online form but it freezes. I have emailed Thandokazi Mqalu at the fruad department regarding the status of my account and till this day there has never been a response. I have also emailed Sophy Mothiba in the same department - to no avail, does anyone respond to customer queries/complaints in this department.
