No response regarding a debit order state correction

<p> </p> <p>I received an sms from FNB advising that my loan instalment will be deducted on the 26th of each month. I immediately called into advise that they need to change it as I do not get paid on this day and this will result in non-payments and a bad reflection on my credit record should they deduct on the 26th.</p> <p> </p> <p>My salary deposit date is on the 27th of each month. Last month I was paid earlier as the 27th fell over a weekend hence FNB assumes that I get paid before the 27th.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agent refused to change it, she was quite unhelpful!!!!! She then advised that they need a letter from my employer, I advised that I already sent it to them before how many times do I have to send them the same thing. My employer has not changed and besides that I just renewed an existing loan. The agents asked me to send her the letter which I previously sent her which I immediately did as you will see by the trail below. I asked for confirmation of the debit order date change</p> <p> </p> <p>No response was received to date, I followed up again and still no response was received</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my first experience of this nature. I have been you client for many years and I’m utterly disgusted. This is pathetic service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect feedback within 24 hours or else I forward a formal complaint to the Ombudsman ********** Please note that this complaint has also been posted on Hellopeter.</p> <p> </p>
