NO Response Received - Reserved Funds
I made a purchase on 14/10/2015 via the Takealot website. FNB sent me an OTP which I entered and proceeded to reserve the funds without paying it over to the Vendor. Please advise when this money will be paid over, as it is at a special price for a limited time only and it is a gift. however, because of FNB not releasing the money over to them I might loose discount and even worse the gift will arrive too late.<br> <br> I am very disappointed!! I need a response as to what is happening urgently.<br> <br> Reference numbers received are: CAS-268376-F2V9T8 + SI-779503
