NO RESPONSE OVER A YEAR

App**** for a home loan about over a yeat ago it was approved and one of the prerequisite is to have life insurance, took out a policy with liberty life and elected FNB as the beneficiary but unfortunately my premium was not fixed but Liberty even though i requested for this, the premiums were not fixed due to outstanding info from FNB, Puleng Mokoetle from FNB home loan division was attending to this matter but failed to complete it successfully i have emailed her i have left messages for her but she never responds or even returns any of my calls, kindly attend to this matter asap.
