no Response or apoplogy

i call Ettien late last year requesting a proof of payment for a personal loan from the payroll department and he said he get back to me in a week,that never happened then i sent an email only Nico rep****. I even went to the branch and waited for Ettien to assist me he didnt even come outside to speak to me i waited so long and even after that i got no call no email or sms. The reason why i want this form Ettien is because the money was deducted straight from payroll to pay off the loans i had with FNB before i left. so the only way to get proof that the loans were paid off or not is through Ettien. BUt it looks like he is willing to make me wait for more than 6months.
