No response on reversal amounts

Still waiting for fnb to reverse my money. Since 18 June 2021 and spoke to fnb consultant and still waiting. No response to emails. I've had it now with FNB, you clearly don't care about your clients. You quick to call to sell stuff on behalf of FNB but never quick with your service. Have a look at how many emails I've sent and all I get is your stupid automated message. You asked me for more info and I gave it immediately but you FNB don't give a hoot about turnaround time.
