No response on reposessed property query

I Have been trying to make an offer to purchase a repossessed property that for the last 2 weeks now, after spin wheeling through all the contact centres I was referred to Ms McClune as the person who deals with repos for Smart bond, sent the query to her, she read the email and never rep****, getting hold of her on the phone is near impossible. The property belongs to my brother and they are being kicked out and I know for a fact it has been repossessed by the bank but it seems no one cares enough to even give me the info I need to make an offer to purchase from them to avoid my family member being kicked out on the streets.
