No response on online query
I enquired about the free travel insurance which is applicable when purchasing flight tickets with my FNB Gold Cheque Card. My reference number is 2NS6I1UF. <br> I would have been phoned within 2 working days, but 2 weeks later I have not been phoned yet..<br> Bad service
