No response on numerous queries

Fnb is useless at responding to queries. I have tried twice on their live chat to get feedback. Sent a formal query on their contact us page, stillno response and even when I lodged a formal complaint on their contact us page still no response. Truly **** service if you ask me. I also hate calling in because you are always on the line for hours to speak to someone for 5 min that still doesn't know how to assist. Thought written communication would be different but no.
