No response on lifting hold on business account

5 Months ago me and my partner opened a business account at FNB. Partner went alone as I was overseas. Now that money is paid into account, bank tells us there is still docs outstanding. Mailed all the outstanding docs to correct dept on 2 Oct, since then we phone them daily with absolutely no response or lifting of hold. As a business, we need to have access to bank account, but to no avail.
