no response on emails

I was in arrears with h/l and was advised that my house is under forclosure. I was getting phone calls 3-4 times day with regard to the arrears after advising the consultants that the house has already been sold and the full amount would be paid over shortly. I have subsequently paid the arrears plus next month instalment. I have contacted fnb requesting an e-mail confirmation that these funds have been received and that the forclosure on the house has been lifted/removed!
