No response on email
FNB simply does not responded on any of my emails. This is my fourth complaint, each time after a HP comments, they open a query and never reply again on any emails. I've been waiting 5 weeks now for them to answer a simply question, with no-one responding on any of my emails. Client Service is a joke to them.
