No response on a ***** Matter after 3 weeks

I contacted FNB on 3 March by email regarding a ***** matter . Despite their auto response email that says they need 24 to 48 hrs before responding.. and me contacting them daily there has been no feedback from the investigation department. I have sent all my documents ID, written statement, Case number etc and no response. Those who have ****med me have a FNB account and used an inside person to create this account. The account has since been placed on hold and it has a huge sum of money in this account. Many of us who believed that these people would be trading for us.. paid money into this account and we were deleted from communication and we then alerted FNB who placed the account on hold. To date I know of one person who was paid out because their lawyer got involved however some of us don't have the finances to obtain a lawyer. I call daily and never received any info regarding the matter. I provided proof of payment to the fnb account. I would like my money returned to me as soon as possible.

I am disappointed to hear that your previous complaint had not been resolved after it had been escalated numerous times.

The matter had been referred to a manager at the ***** Department for urgent assistance.
