No response of debit order switching

FNB says it takes 10 minutes to switch your bank accounts. Well Im in month two and still struggling. I requested debit order switch 11 September. I received confirmation that the switch request was received and then never heard from FNB again. On the 25th I queried asking for an update. All I got was, I sent your request to the debit order switching team, and then never heard from them again. I am assuming there is no debit order switching team as no one responds and no one switches the debit orders. It will literally be faster to get my gardener to switch debit orders for me. What a pathetic service. If you offer it...support it.

Now its 01 Octoberand nothing has changed. No one has contacted me at all. Ill write another report 01 November.
