No Response in over 8 months

I have written several reviews with no response to date ! This is shocking. I will claim for all my hourly consulting time which is calculated in usd plus call charges and lost interest and I am unable to transfer for the last 8 months and nobody ever returns my calls. STAY AWAY from this bank. They are not not a genuine Private Bank by international standards. I asked them to close my account several months ago to no avail and I have no monies owing to them. Their call Center used to be efficient but this has changed in the last 3 years.
