No response from the ***** department

Trust this email finds you well.

I have a case opened on 2nd of November 2020. The consultant provided me with the case number on the subject line. I was then promised that I will be contacted or receive an sms within 2 working days and the whole case will be resolved within 10working days however non of that has happened, today is day 9 and nothing has happened yet.

This is a fustrating and a delaying process as FNB is not keeping up to its promise.

The case has also been reported at the police station, my case is under investigation.
