No response from private banking all day!

I have been waiting for my private banker to respond to an email I sent at 08h15 today. It is now 16h15. I have sent 4 emails, left numerous messages, and some to her on SMS. Apparently she has been on a call all day. Please can you assign a private banker to me that wants to do what they are paid for
