No response from FNB wrt Rehabilitation!!!

My wife has been struggling to get her name cleared after rehabilitation, we have sent numerous e-mails, called FNB I don't know how many times, NO LUCK!!! She has been rehabilitated for over months now and still FNB has not given us feedback at all. Can someone from FNB that are able to assist us with this please get in contact with either myself or my wife in order to get this sorted out once and for all please?
