NO RESPONSE FROM FNB RESOLVING MISSING PAYMENT
On 24th March I made a cellphone transfer from my FNB cheque account to my FNB credit card account for the amount of R1000.00. Clearance are immediate between FNB accounts but on Monday 26 March when I called online banking querying why funds was not reflecting i was told I made transaction on non banking day. Nonsense FNB open 7 days a wee**** and never have I experiance making transfers between accounts over a weekend a problem. I was informed to wait 48hrs for funds to clear. On thursday 29/03 I called again only to be given the run around. I was transferred from online banking to credit card back to online banking and general banking, back to credit card and eventually when I was told to call online banking for the 4th time I lost it. Eventually general banking informed me that they have to logg a "missing transfer" for credit card to trace funds. 7 DAYS LATER i'm still waiting on a response from FNB where the funds are. My credit card account going to be overdrawn as interest going off within a matter of days and FNB going to charge me fees I'm going to take this matter to the ombudsman as FNB cannot get to the bottom of this. Why can't they reverse the transaction back into my cheque account so I can make EFT payment as they have proof funds have left my cheque account . IM BEYOND FURIOUS THAT FNB IS NOT GETTING BACK TO ME AND I NEED THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER REFERENCE NUMBER AS I ALREADY HAVE 3
