NO response from ***. FNB Insurance does not care!!!!!

I Have Being trieng to reach fnb insurance for the past 2 months. I have send mutiple emails. I have even cc the claim in the mail, Claims even coms back to me but not ***.

I have asked multiple time with no feedback!!! I can not ammend the policy nor can I cancel. i have being trying to contact them with even worst response.

Pathetic!!!!! FNB is no longer what it was 10 years ago. Service went very bad.
