No response from FNB Estates
I am following up regarding an email I sent on May 12, 2025, to Dimakatso Mashele and Ralton Leach seeking assistance with an estate matter. To date, I have not received any response.
The issue I am facing involves a payment that Capitec Bank accidentally made to the wrong account with FNB for the estate. I have already sent proof of payment, but I am looking for guidance on how we can resolve this matter.
Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it is becoming urgent.

08 Nov 2025, 12:05Guys you are ignoring me! The payment that Capitec made was R11 792.41. You paid R3666.28 to us on 11 Sept and R3652.40 on 19 Sept. We are still waiting for feed on where the balance disappeared to! This is shocking. You are ignoring my emails.
