NO RESPONSE FROM FNB DIGITAL RECALLS

In November i made incorrect payment from our FNB business account to another FNB account due to swapping last 3 numbers. I have send numerous emails to FNB Digital Recalls but have not received any feedback apart from they cant get hold of the client. They actually don't even respond and is literally saying they are not interested in assisting their own clients. Horrible service
