No response from FNB

FNB Personal loans department is usless!!! Since the 2nd of December ive been trying to get someone to help me a lady by the name of Jolene said I need to send my mail to ***. But this mail doesn’t exist. ive since been sending mails to *** to *** to *** to *** and NO ONE replies. I lost my job due to covid and cannot afford to pay the premiums on my loan *** ive been sending mails since the 2nd trying to make alternative arrangements and and on secure chat that doesnt help at all. And then this morning thy deduct another R1298.61 off of my account. I need the debit order for R3299.64 (acc *** loan account) to be reversed.I app**** for the covid 19 relief due to loss of income, and cannot pay the R3299.64 at this stage.
