No response from fnb
Fnb hasn't responded to me even now. So clearly since 2004 they don't care about me as their client since i laid a complaint

13 May 2020, 10:01Yesterday fnb again charged me 400 for debit order bounce. So i dont know anymore what i should do, and cartrack couldn't reach for their debit order which already they were supposed to debit their double amount which accumulated now to 374 from 187 because fnb keeps charging me for debit order that bounces weekly and weekly during this pandemic virus. How evil is that i am struggling but they keep taking so much from me. So clearly end of the month i will have to pay car track 374 plus 187 which they cant reach. So weekly fnb charges me 100 per debit order that bounced. How is a debit order bounce charge me 100 per transaction

13 May 2020, 13:32I am at fnb featherbrooke branch in Ruimsig, i am with the manager a kind lady by the name of Nhlanhla, she is so helpful plus she showed me what went wrong and she is fixing that problem for me. I was furious but she made me to be calm and she gave me all the best advises she could to help me go through this. She understands why i was furious and all because of this pandemic, i really like her kind personality and she has all the time for me in the world.
I assure to fnb that they didn't make a mistake by having her as a manager.
I almost wanted to withdraw from fnb but she had given me best advise so I'll definitely stick with fnb thank you very much Nonhlanhla
