No Response From FNB

My son has a youth account linked to my account as he is underage. Suddenly his account is blocked. I have been trying to contact FNB to sort it out. I have phoned, emailed, used the chat, etc, etc, etc and am still no further to getting the account opened. No response to emails sent directly or on the "Contact FNB" service. Very dissappointed.
