No response from FNB

FNB still not responding to my long awaited query/claim. I have given them all info and documentations needed. FNB just don't give a damn about their clients. No feedback and yet FNB messed up.FNB dragged this claim up to a stage that it has reached a deadlock and now they want me to pass the buck to the ombudsman. FNB please wake up!!!
