No response from FNB

No communication or feedback to get paid up letter from FNB after numerous calls and emails. I have been calling and emailing FNB on *** from July 2025. I need a paid up letter for my credit card because FNB suddenly decided I can't earn ebucks because of this. But I am not getting assisted. The call centre transfers me from person to person and the answer is always the same. Send an email to *** But they have never answered me back. What must a person do to get assisted??
