No response from FNB

***NF my reference number refers.FNB again made promises that they cannot fulfill. It's more than 48 hours and still no call or attempt to call me. How can I help you? Shame. I am seeing a different side of FNB now. Since 21 September no action just promises with a lot of *********** staff. I staff.I just need a simple request to be done.Reverse my 2 card trsnsactions. And yet they cannot do that.I am tired of empty promises.
