No response from FNB

I app**** for an extended Covid 19 loan and I phone and private chat with FNb Consultants and no consultant could assist me every time the answer is different.On the 24 July I did sign a contract but no further feedback .I just want the correct feedback if my application for an extended Covid 19 loan has been approved by that I signed on the 24 July 2020
