No Response from FNB

Im starting to get very disheartened by FNB . 1.I tried to transfer my debit orders to my new account but got to a window that said we will call you but no one called. 2.I tried to open an ewallet pro on my business account but got a window that said we will call you back but no one ever called. I tried calling but keep getting cut off before i get to the correct department, the number provided by the call Centre doesn't exist.
