No response from an FNB consultant after 180 hours en-counting ... 48 hours??

It is now 180 hours en-counting after requesting service and after being informed a consultant will contact me within 24-48 hours. Is it so difficult to obtain a Letter of Goodstanding? Following up with FNB Care, I received another email with a link to www.fnb.co.za/complaints , it only results in a Page not Found error 404 LOL. FNB - HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU
