No response for merchant machine/services

I app**** twice for merchant services for my business that banks with FNB. I filled in two call me back forms on their website and got an confirmation each time stating that a consultant will be in contact within 24-48 hours. I even received reference numbers for the forms. To date(about two weeks later) I have received not even as much as an email to say that they are too busy to attend to my needs. Seems I will have to change banks perhaps that will get their attention.
