No response for a week.
My COVID loan debit order was deducted twice this month. Left three reviews on Hello Peter and contacted my useless private banker Shihaam Gierdhan. No feedback since Monday. Useless bank. Moving all my banking.

05 Dec 2020, 21:16I have written various reviews and contacted my private banker Shihaam Gierdhan due to my COVID loan beung deducted twice for the month ending November 2020. There was no prior warning and my loan is paid up to date. I have had no response feom my private banker, which is nothing new. She cannot seem to do anything properly anyway and FNB keeps on sending me a message that my complaint is sent through as a high priority. This is also a lie as I have sent through many requests to have the extra debit order refunded without any luck.
Thia is disgusting. FNB used to be one of the top banks now they seemed to have lost their way. Poor leadership if you asked me.
I am patiently waiting for you to solve my issue. Bear in mind that I am on leave from next week and the first thing I will do is to get my stuff in order to change banks. I have already moved my vehicle finance to a better, more effiecient bank, the rest will follow, then you cannot ***** any more money.
