NO RESPONSE: FNB CHARGES DISPUTED
On 15 July, I disputed transactions on my statement. I did this ON the website, as well as to ***. Complaint: 1. FNB charge for transactions and I have NO clue what these are for - no messages on the app, no sms, no transaction on the statement - ONLY charges for the transactions, but the transactions are nowhere recorded! 2. NO response by FNB to my dispute of the transaction.
I received NO reply to this dispute!
AND this is how FNB always deal with communication with them - I just receive NO response!
