No RESPONSE FNB

I have in the last week e-mailed Busi in the CEO COMPLAINTS about a call back iro my parent's accounts being linked. I received guide lines a while back saying why it couldn't be linked but wanted to query some stuff on it as this was NEVER discussed with me. I never got a call back from Busi or even an email reply nor have i got any RESPONSE from retail service recovery or ebucks about this. This HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GESTURE I ASKED FOR on behalf of my parents. Im completely being ignored by these departments now and THAT is INEXCUSABLE and unacceptable!!!
