No response FNB

Went to an FNB branch on Monday the 30th to go and report about a company (Kaurum_za) which has ****med me. I supp**** all documentation required to prove about the **** and I didn’t even receive so much as an email back acknowledging having received my documentation, never mind a response. Very disappointing to keep on having to refresh your emails every hour for a week to see nothing from a bank you’ve banked with for over a decade.
