No response

I joined FNB a couple of months ago and found out after two months that I was not earning eBucks. When I joined, my understanding was that I would start earning automatically. I spoke to a consultant and got signed up. Another 4 months later, I am still not earning points. I am sitting with a query no ***Q since 8 September with no response. my colleagues influenced me to move bank and now I am questioning my decision.
