No response. Does not provide copies of telephonic recordings

Good day I am yet again following up on my request to receive copies of the telephonic communication made during my vehicle insurance claim

It is now over 2 months with no regular feedback.

I was told that the IT department had been contacted to provide the recordings, but no feedback since.

Yet again, your service is appalling.

As per your pre recordings on all phone calls, you are obliged to provide me with a copy of the phone call recordings

Failure to do so will result in me taking legal action.
