No response credit card application 3 months waiting

I have been waiting for 3 months to hear back from FNB with regards to my credit card application. They don’t even reply to emails, it’s an awful situation since I have all my paperwork in order have been employed non-stop, don’t have any debts etc. I fear this is ************** because I am a foreign National.
