No response cause not being taken seriously

I am going back to this complaint, cause it would really seem that none of you are taking seriously. One half of the problem was solved, as my money came back (for now.). There was a second tier to my issue that I discussed with the resolutions consultant that called. He said he will find out about it. But have not gotten back to me. I wanted to know about the interest that I accumulated over the time my money was supposed to be sitting in the Flexi, that was charged to me, but was not supposed to. I am really thinking that FNB does not take me seriously about my issues, and I promise you this, no matter ho small a player I am in the bigger scheme of things, I am not happy with you guys at all in the way you have been treating me since I got the home loan from you!!!!!
