No response

I have been trying to obtain a breakdown of all my accounts for the past 34 days. Your automated response indicated that it would take 15 days for the information to be provided, however I have still not received anything to date.

This delay is unacceptable, as I require the final figures urgently in order to settle all accounts.

Please can you provide me with the full breakdown and outstanding balances as a matter of urgency.
